Scott spent his youth in small town Ohio and moved to Colorado Springs during his teenage years. After attending the University of Denver and University of Colorado and meeting his wife he moved to Minneapolis in 1991. Although employed as a sales rep in the bicycle industry he started buying rental property as a way to offset the uneven income derived from selling sporting goods in our Northern climate. His experience as a landlord led him to real estate as a career in 1998.
Scott & his wife enjoy cooking cuisines from around the globe and an active social life. Scott is a bicyclist, a serious fan of everything mid-century, plays music and is deeply involved in politics.
